These Terms govern the use of Chemply's website and services. By submitting a request or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of services
Chemply provides regulatory consulting deliverables including Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring, CLP classification and labeling, and REACH screening, based on the product information you supply.
2. No guarantee of regulatory approval
Our deliverables are prepared in good faith using applicable regulations at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee approval, registration, or acceptance by any regulatory authority, customer, or third party.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the product information, formulations, and supporting documents you provide. Deliverables are based on this information and must be reviewed before use.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chemply's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Payment terms
Fees are due as stated in the quote or checkout. Standard packages are paid upfront. Custom projects may be invoiced in milestones. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered documents for your products. Chemply retains ownership of templates, methodologies, and tooling used in producing the deliverables.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of Chemply's place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
