What a compliant label carries
Typically the product identifier, hazard pictograms, a signal word, hazard statements and precautionary statements, and supplier details, with the exact requirements and their presentation set by the market. Language obligations vary and are a frequent point of failure for companies entering a new market.
Label and document alignment
The label and the safety data sheet must tell the same story. Where they disagree, the discrepancy is usually taken as evidence that neither is controlled. We prepare them together for this reason.
